Self-Care Practices for Emotions

Have you ever been held hostage by your own emotions? Getting out of the feels and into the facts can help us bring greater emotional intelligence to unsettling situations. Ultimately, we do this to allow space for us to integrate and release emotions so we don't perpetuate deeper somatic pain patterns in our body.
