90 min session "Deep Tissue" Therapeutic Massage
The 90-minute session is a great place to start. We incorporate myofascial release (deep & slow) with trigger point (pointed knot work), cupping and Gua Sha to reduce musculoskeletal pain and bring you into embodied alignment. Infrared heat, if desired, & aromatherapy are included. With 17 years experience, come see why we were voted one of the best massage therapists in SF!
